we wish to inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code), that the processing of your personal data will be done correctly and transparently, for legitimate purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights.
The treatment will be carried out also with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:
1. to fulfill the obligation set by art. 109 of the R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to communicate to the Police Headquarters the details of the clients staying;
2. to fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;
3. to carry out the function of receiving messages and phone calls addressed to her;
4. to speed up the registration procedures in case of your subsequent stays at our hotel. For this purpose your data will be kept for the necessary time;
5. to send you our promotional messages and updates on rates and offers
practiced.

We also wish to inform you that the provision of your data for the treatments referred to in points 1 and 2 is mandatory, and in case of refusal to provide them we will not be able to host it in our facility.
If you wish the treatments referred to in points 3, 4 and 5 to be carried out, you will have to give us your consent, using the form provided to you upon acceptance. The consent may in any case be subsequently withdrawn by opposing the treatments.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties.

Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs it proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
